For those of you NEW to the Richmond Promise Walk, Welcome!  My name is Keira White and I am the coordinator for the Richmond Walk.  At 31 weeks I developed Severe Preeclampsia with HELLP syndrome.   I was admitted to the hospital at 32 weeks and given steroid shots.   Three days later my daughter was delivered via emergency C-Section.  My daughter was born August 27th, 2011, weighing at 3lbs, 11 ounces and 16 inches long.  This is why I volunteer.
