The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has designated May 2013 as National Preeclampsia Awareness Month on the U.S. National Health Observances Calendar.
Mr. Chris Worden, District Director for U.S. Rep. Andre Carson (D) will be making an appearance at our 2013 Indy Promise Walk!
Every parent has a birth story...this is ours! We were lucky, others are not! Help us make others aware of this terrible disease that only affects pregnant women and their babies!

10:00 am – Walk Program Begins

•10:30-10:45 – Bubble Release & Moment of Reflection for those we have lost & to honor our survivors
•10:45-10:55 – Group Picture of all Walk Participants & Volunteers
11:00 am – Walk Begins
•11:00 – 12:25 - either walk the full 5K (3miles) or choose the shorter route (approx 1 mile)
12:25 pm - Closing Ceremony
12:35 pm – Raffle Winners Announced
1:00 pm – Family Fun Fest !
•If you brought a picnic lunch, GREAT! Sit back, eat, let the kids play & get to know your Preeclampsia Family better. We have the shelter for the entire day! We hope you will stay and enjoy!
